Truro College - Truro

The Fal Building was commissioned by Truro College to further enhance the ever-expanding campus; the contract to build was awarded to Carillion Regional Building who turned to Allsop and Pitts to provide the catering equipment.

Allsop and Pitts supplied and installed a complete kitchen suitable to cook a wide range of meals for service over a brand new servery counter, featuring a bespoke front design, hot and cold service points. The kitchen features a combination oven, fast food Climatic griddle plus ranges, fryers and steamer.

All of this is supported with pass through dishwash system, ambient and chilled preparation areas plus a vegetable preparation section and walk in coldroom.
