Turtley Cornmill - Avonwick

The Turtley Corn Mill has recently been smothered with loving attention!

Three months of renovation have introduced oak & slate floors, bookcases, old furniture and loads of local pictures. The style is light and fresh with no music, fruit machines or pool tables, just newspapers to read, books to browse, good food, great local beers and interesting wines.

Andrew Land, Area Sales Manager for Allsop & Pitts was approached by Lesley Ann Brunning to re-design, and install a brand new kitchen and back bar area. The kitchen was to be built in the original building and had to cope with 130 covers. The old kitchen was ripped out and new ceilings and flooring went in before the new up-to-date kitchen was installed. New back bar refrigeration and a glasswash area was also installed all in time for the busy Christmas period.
