Lorraine has been working with Jack In The Green for over 2 1/2 years on this project. In the first year working closely with Head Chef Matthew Mason to get an understanding of how they work and what equipment and flow would suit them best. We came up with some preliminary designs.

After about a year we then worked with Paul Parnell to finalise the design. We attended all architect meetings as requested and worked closely with the builder for a trouble free install.

The project Manager Brian Russell worked very closely with my building team to achieve the dead line set which if missed could have had a massive impact on our business.

since the installation we have had the inevitable few teething problems that Matthew Thorpe and his Service Team have ironed out for us causing as little disruption to the working day as possible.
