Our Maintenance Contracts are designed to be flexible so that we can meet all of your needs, you can choose from the following selection:
Allsop & Pitts Multi Point Health Check
One Service visit from a Qualified Technician to assess your equipment followed up with an evaluation report on the equipment condition and compliance to current legislation.
Supercover
One Multi Point Health Check with evaluation report plus Free Call-Outs to equipment problems during the life of the contract plus Free Labour to undertake any repairs that may be needed plus We will issue a Gas Landlords Safety Certificate.
Customised
We will visit you to discuss any level of service that you feel would suit you, we can include Hygiene Health Checks and Dosing Equipment for your Cleaning Materials.

- 7 days per week cover for call outs, 365 days per year
- Priority response to breakdowns within 24 hours of receipt of call
- Call desk manned Mon-Fri between 8.30 and 5.00
- Out of hours access to technicians on call at weekends
- All technicians receive training direct by manufactures
- Written evaluation of all equipment on site
- Your choice to not include any item of equipment in the contract following initial site survey
- Payments spread over life of contract
- Periodic special offers
- Regular hygiene surveys if you purchase cleaning materials and dosing equipment
